1. Scope of application
You are making a reservation on a website that uses the online reservations system of hotelinfo Ltd. England.
The present General Terms and Conditions apply to reservations that you make yourself via the online reservations systems of hotelinfo Ltd. England.

2. Reservations System
The current online reservations system has real-time access to effective data and the actual availabilities of the individual hotels, it places effective reservations directly with the individual hotels.
Insofar as reservations are made, the present online reservations system may only be used for effectively required bookings, which are subsequently also taken up, and not for fake bookings (e.g. test bookings) or fictitious reservations.

3. Making reservations
Each reservation will be forwarded to the hotel in question on your behalf by hotelinfo Ltd. England.

4. Accommodation contract
The accommodation contract is formed directly between you and the hotel you have selected, as the reservation is being made. hotelinfo Ltd. England is not a party to this accommodation contract.

5. Payment
You pay the room price that is confirmed by the hotelinfo Ltd. England online reservations system directly at the hotel.
The hotel or tourism organisation concerned (see paragraph 3) may request the advance payment of all or part of the overnight stay. In this case, you will receive a corresponding letter/invoice from the hotel or tourist organisation concerned.

6. Credit card
A valid credit card is required for making hotel reservations via the online reservations system of hotelinfo Ltd. England.
Your credit card is used solely as a guarantee for your reservation and will not be charged by hotelinfo Ltd. England at the time the reservation is made (Payment, see paragraph 5).
If the specified credit card ceases to be valid between the time the reservation is made and the arrival date, then the hotel or tourism organisation concerned shall be entitled to cancel the reservation at any time without consulting you. You shall not have any entitlement to accommodation in this case.

7. Reservation status
Your reservation has 'guaranteed' status, i.e. you are entitled to accommodation as per your reservation, irrespective of your arrival time on the reserved date of arrival.

8. Cancellations
In order to avoid any misunderstandings, all cancellations must be made via the online reservations system of hotelinfo Ltd. England.
Your reservation confirmation will specify a cancellation deadline; up until this deadline, cancellations can be made free-of-charge. If the reservation is cancelled after this date, then the individual cancellation terms of the individual hotel or tourism organisation shall apply.
In the event of accommodation not being taken up, without any cancellation, then the hotel or tourism organisation concerned may charge a cancellation fee to your credit card. The individual cancellation terms of the individual hotel or tourism organisation shall apply.

9. Hotel categories and hotel information
The customary international hotel classification system with stars gives a non-binding indication of the standard of the hotel, as assessed by the hotel itself. All the additional information and descriptions pertaining to the hotel are also based on information from the hotel itself.
hotelinfo Ltd. England does not give any guarantee regarding the correctness or completeness of the hotel categories and information specified.

10. Room prices
All prices are specified per room and per night and include all service charges and the statutory value added tax.
The reservation confirmation will specify whether additional services are included in the room price (e.g. breakfast, evening meal, etc.).

11. Miscellaneous
All the data has been compiled with the greatest possible care. No liability can be assumed, however, for any errors during data capture or data transmission.
The inclusion of data in other data carriers, including excerpts of the data, or the use of the data for purposes other than those intended here, is only permitted with the express permission of hotelinfo Ltd. England. English law shall apply.
